CROSSFIT ICENI TRAINING PROGRAM – BLOCK 6
Block 6 is now live! looking forward to mixing things up a bit over the next 4 weeks. We are putting a big focus on some basic strength movements like strict press and front squats each week. With slightly less Olympic weightlifting while we focus on these movements. We also see the bench mark workout Karen on week 2. If you havn't taken on this workout before then is a great test of your ability to endure a bit of leg pump! We finish off the week 4 with 'Double Grace'. As seen in the finals of the 2014 CrossFit Games.
Enjoy working on the Strength movements and the more structured gymnastics and see the benefit in the next block.
