CROSSFIT ICENI TRAINING PROGRAM - BLOCK 5
Block 5 sees the introduction of some more EMOMs (every minute on the minute). This is a great way to ramp up the intensity as there is no where to hide like there is in longer AMRAPs (as many rounds as possible). The strength sees more back squat strength work during the week. And the weightlifting, more EMOM complexes to focus on your form and get solid reps in under a small amount of fatigue.
Finishing off the training block we have FRAN! to test your fitness an true CrossFit style. If you have done the workout before you should have you previous time to go off. if not then you're in for a treat.
