CrossFit Iceni Program - Block 4
Bring in some Every minute on the minute work for the weightlifting as well as move strict work for the gymnastics. A lot of focus on handstands and handstand push ups too. Mixed in with a some more interval CrossFit conditioning work. And finishing with the benchmark workout DT.
