CrossFit Iceni CrossFit Competition in Colchester

Looking back at the last year at CrossFit locally the Battle of the Beasts has to be highlight with commonwealth gold medalist Zoe Smith attending to talk to spectators and give advice and tips on weightlifting.

World chamion Katrin Davidsdoitter doing a half time show which was a 3 on 1 the crowd blew the roof off the crowne plaza hotel in Colchester. CrossFit Iceni’s head coach Jan Westrik Qualified for the Beasts but unfortunately could not compete in the finals but we had a CrossFit Iceni banner hanging in the arena for all to see!

The deserved winners were Mike Catris in the male category and Charlotte Spence in the female category both worked so hard through each workout and left everything thing on the floor at for the final which was nail biting stuff!
